By booking a service with Car Detailing, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These terms apply to all doorstep and outlet services provided in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Taxila.
To ensure timely service, we require advance booking as follows:
Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance.
Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance due to high demand.
Transparent pricing is our guarantee.
No hidden or extra charges.
Cash or Online Transfer after completion.
Mandatory to request after payment.
We respect your time and expect the same in return.
If the team arrives at your doorstep and you cancel the order or are unavailable, you are liable to pay 50% of the total service charges.
This compensates the company for time, fuel, and lost booking slots. Standard cancellation must be done at least 1 day in advance.
We guarantee the quality of our work (shine, cleanliness) and products.
The company is NOT responsible for any electrical or mechanical parts that malfunction or break during the detailing process. Parts can fail naturally at any time.
If a customer requests to stop the service midway after the team has started, the customer will be charged for the fuel cost of the extra round trip.
We maintain high standards. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our Complaint Cell immediately. Please note: Complaints must be backed by a valid Invoice.
