Service Agreement

By booking a service with Car Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all doorstep and outlet services provided in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Taxila.

1 Booking & Scheduling

To ensure timely service, we require advance booking as follows:

Working Days

Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance.

Weekends

Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance due to high demand.

2 Service Execution

Duration: Complete car detailing takes approximately 7 to 8 hours.
Team: Two (2) professional detailing experts will perform the work.
Customer Responsibility: The customer must provide Water and Electricity connections. Our team brings all necessary tools, machinery, and chemicals.
Process: For complete detailing, seats and carpets are removed for deep cleaning. The customer agrees to allow necessary dismantling for quality service.

3 Payments & Invoicing

Transparent pricing is our guarantee.

Fixed Charges: No hidden or extra charges.
Payment Method: Payment is due after work completion (Cash or Online Transfer).
Invoice: Mandatory to request an invoice after payment.

4 Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and expect the same in return.

No-Show / Late Cancellation Penalty

If the team arrives at your doorstep and you cancel the order or are unavailable, you are liable to pay 50% of the total service charges.

This compensates the company for time, fuel, and lost booking slots.

5 Liability & Damages

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our work (shine, cleanliness) and products.

Disclaimer

The company is NOT responsible for any electrical or mechanical parts that malfunction or break during the detailing process. Electrical and machinery parts are subject to wear and tear and can fail naturally at any time.

6 Work Interruption

If a customer requests to stop the service midway after the team has started, the customer will be charged for the fuel cost of the extra round trip.

7 Complaints & Resolution

We maintain high standards. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our Complaint Cell immediately. Please note: Complaints must be backed by a valid Invoice.
